The pet sitters of Pearland would like to invite you to our group. We currently meet once a month to discuss aspects of our businesses that we feel will be beneficial to all of us.

 

Anyone can join us at our meetings. This gives us the opportunity to meet each other and network. It also gives us a chance to discuss public relations and different ways that we can drum up additional business. Our next scheduled meeting will be the last week of May at Paneras on 518. If you would like to join us, please respond to all of us in this email so that we may add your name to our list. If you know of other kennels in the Pearland, Alvin, Manvel areas not listed in this email, please feel free to forward this email.

 

We currently have a website, www.PetsittersOfPearland.com We have our business cards listed on this website, with links to our own personal websites. We charge $15.00 a year to join this website. Dues are collected in July, but if you were to join now, you would benefit with two additional months at no extra charge.

 

We have, so far, participated in Paws In The Park, and have also been able to leave business cards with the website listing at various businesses around Pearland, Manvel and Alvin.

 

We have come to realize that this group has been very beneficial to all of us, especially around Holidays because those of us who become overbooked have been able to send our customers to other pet sitters in the area. Our customers are always asking us for recommendations for groomers and doggie daycares and needs such that are necessary for their pets. We feel that by inviting dog kennels into our group, we are more able to give our customers a much broader range of services for their pets.

 

If you are interested in our group, we would love to have you, whether it be just for meeting us at Paneras, or also joining in on our website. We also have a google group that allows us to coorespond via email with each other whenever we encounter problems and/or issues during the month. This is also free to join. You do have to sign up with google groups (also free) in order to participate.
