In the middle of ‘dog truck’ animal cruelty controversy, Jeju
government “There is no provision for punishment”.
Flood of people’s criticism online…”Indisputable animal
cruelty…violation of Animal Protection Act”.
People rage over the Cheju Special Self-Governing Province's conceded
position that "there is no direct provision for punishment" in
connection with the animal cruelty controversy over the 'dog truck'
loaded on the cargo deck of a cruise ship departed from Jeju.
