VACANCY
PT. Batamec are entering a period of aggressive growth and are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the vacancy of;
1) Welding Inspector: 1
a) Minimum Qualifications:
Certification Scheme for Welding and Inspection Personnel (CSWIP) Senior Welding Inspector.
b) Minimum 5 years working experience
c) Familiar with offshore drilling units / oil rigs welding requirements
2) Paint Coating Inspector: 1
a) Minimum Qualifications:
NACE Coating Inspector Level 2 or FROSIO Inspector Level III
b) Minimum 2-5 years working experience
c) Good in documentation and able to take on role as Paint Coating Inspector with regards to IMO’s Resolution MSC.215(82) Performance Standard for Protective Coatings for Dedicated Seawater Ballast Tanks (PSPC).
d) Lead team of assistant coating inspectors for inspection on all ballast tanks.
e) Maintains the Coating Technical File for all ballast tanks.
3) Marker (Hull): 5
a) Minimum Qualifications:
None
b) Minimum Experience:
5-10 years
c) Experience in ship steel work drawings, fabrication and marking of steel plates from NC cut-outs.
d) Lead team of fitters to fit up steel panels for assembly.
