Is this project still alive?

Posted both a comment and a question a while back, but, theres been no activity since.

There was mention of getting the next version after opensuse12.2 release which has happened. Just wondered whether there was still the intent to make that happen - thank you

Hi Conrad,

Sorry for not responding to your previous message.
I was caught up in other stuff and forgot to post the reply.
I haven't tried the usb stick method you mention, but hope you give 12.2 a try and see if it works for you.

I can't give you an exact eta on petite 12.2, however the remaining issues list is pretty small and trivial, so it shouldn't be long before I post a beta.

Great,
thank you for the update. Look forward to giving that a whirl.

If you're still waiting, the 12.2 beta is available for download.

Please let us know if your usb issue is resolved.

Any other comments/bugs are also welcome.

There appear to be a few bugs related to unetbootin and openSUSE.
I found some bug tickets and some forum posts with varying suggestions.

The following link has a script of some sort that the author claims overcomes some problems, maybe yours too.
https://bugs.launchpad.net/unetbootin/+bug/896511

Your best best I think would be to follow the appropriate instructions in the following link:
http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Live_USB_stick

Since openSUSE and Unetbootin don't seem to want to play nicely together, I think you'll have to use a different program / method this time.

Hope this helps
