Hi everyone
I realise some of you signed up long ago and you were probably wondering what had happened to the messages... Don't worry, you haven't missed anything, this is newletter number one!

Petite in Dutch
Petite Anglaise will go on sale first in Dutch - in Holland and Dutch speaking Belgium. Release date is 28 January 2008, and the cover is the same as the US edition shown on my homepage. Articles about me/the book have been published in De Tijd and Weekend Knack, still to come are articles in AM Magazine, Vacature and possibly a TV appearance on Belgium's 'The Late Show'...
Petite in English
The Michael Joseph (Penguin) hardback edition of petite will follow in late February and will be sold in the UK, Ireland, Australia, South Africa and many other territories. It will also be available in trade (large sized) paperback in English bookshops throughout Europe. Release dates vary according to the bookshops concerned but keep your eyes peeled from 21 February, regardless of what the official press date may say (March 6th). The UK edition will also be available on Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.fr.

Petite will be serialised by two major Sunday newspapers in the second half of February 2008.
Several interviews and self-penned articles will appear in a range of newspapers and magazines - watch this space to find out where!
Signing in Paris
If you'd like to get your hands on a signed copy of petite, I will be giving a reading (gulp) and signing copies in WH Smiths, rue de Rivoli on Thursday March 20th between 7.30 and 9.30pm. I also hope to sign a sizeable batch of copies which will be available for order online - more news on that front soon.
