I will be there to ride the 10 mile route with my daughter.

Then on Sun morning "Misery loves company" so if anyone would like to join, we will head out to the Cypremort Point Bridge (Intracoastal Waterway) on Hwy 319 right off of hwy 83. We will be doing "hill" training for the BDB ride. We will plan on being there between 7:30 and 8:00.

PPC is an informal group of recreational cyclists comfortable at an A (>18 mph) or B (<18 mph) pace. We have a no drop policy and split into subgroups as needed to maintain it. We ride most Saturdays. Routes and start times vary.

I wouldn't wait on me for coffee. If  this head cold doesn't clear, I may be home sipping chicken soup instead.

I have other family obligations which would prevent 50 miles in
Opelousas - if anyone else would like to do 40ish from Rouses at 7:30 on
Saturday, please speak up and I will meet you then.

Paul Howard has replied and is interested in an 18mph max ride, so the
alternate Lafayette ride is officially on. Anyone else is welcome to
join; if 16-18mph is not good for you, please rsvp as to pace you want
to keep, as that may encourage other slower or faster riders to come out
to create an A and/or C group.

George I will try to join you. I'll be out of town tomorrow but should be
able to make it Saturday morning unless an emergency comes up.

Since it looks like no others will ride C pace; I will ride from home.  Have a safe ride.

Are there any rides during the week after 5pm  C pace?  I would have liked to have joined Ron today but I have a class to attend.  I am riding 20 miles with a friend tomorrow morning at 7 am in New Iberia.  Anybody is welcomed to join us.   It's going to be a 12-18mph pace.  I tend to average 13mph, my friend is a little faster.  I'll let you know meeting place if anybody is interested.    No traffic, peaceful route.

Ron- My husband is finally buying a bike so on Saturdays you will have two dedicated riders.  One when he's offshore.
