Hey
everybody! I've got some really exciting news this month. First of all, let's get the gushy self-absorbed posturing out of
the way: It is my humble privilege to announce that I have been named October's
"Musician of the Month" by the Jazz Society of Oregon. This is an honor
for me, and a big deal. My heartfelt thanks to all of you, the people who come out
and support me at live gigs, the people who buy my CDs and download my music from
iTunes, and the people who enjoy what I do enough to tell others about it. You're
the reason I'm in this business doing what I do. Stay tuned for the JSO's monthly
newsletter, there's a big full-page interview/article about me by Nancy Tice, along
with some snazzy photos by Boise's own sweet vocal sensation, the "Treasure
from the Treasure Valley", Amy Weber. I'd also like to thank all of you for taking me up to #9 on the
ReverbNation jazz charts. Same goes as above: it's because of you that I do what
I do. Now on to
