Douglas's trio TONIGHT at Bamboo Grove - SE 2nd between Salmon and

(You'll notice that they call the event "Blues in the Pearl" and that
this location is, in fact, nowhere near the Pearl District. Sure, that
seems confusing, but no more so than the fact that the L.A. Dodgers
used to be the Brooklyn Dodgers. Same team, new venue. Any questions?)

return of the Pete Petersen Septet -- after an extended hiatus, we're
coming back at'cha for the Q Center's annual Winter Gala. You'll
remember last year's event featured Storm Large singing in front of
the band ... well, this year we've got the ever-soulful and uber-
amazing super-talented Ms. Tahoe Jackson singing with us at this
