Dear Supervisors,

 

Please find attach the final schedule for FYPII Oral Presentation. The oral presentation will be held from 26^th August – 29^th August 2013. Details as per attachment.

 

I am keeping with the FYPII Grading scheme in which the supervisors will evaluate the Oral presentation as well.  All external examiners have confirmed their availability on the said time and date.

 

I will send out the individual invitation via meeting / calendar tomorrow.
