PEtab Proposal Vote: introduction of extensions

Dear PEtab community,

On Dec 10, 2021 we requested feedback on a proposal to change the PEtab format to allow extensions. This will make PEtab more versatile in the future. At this point in time the editors would like for your vote on whether to incorporate it into the language:
