PEtab v2 request for comments

Dear PEtab forum members,

The PEtab v2 specification is mostly settled now, with only minor details to be worked out. We would be happy to receive feedback on the specification, e.g. directly by email or as GitHub issues or pull requests for discussion: https://github.com/PEtab-dev/PEtab/issues

Changes in v2 are described with the new specification, which can be viewed at https://petab.readthedocs.io/en/latest/v2/documentation_data_format.html

Examples of the new format are provided for the benchmark collection at https://github.com/Benchmarking-Initiative/Benchmark-Models-PEtab/tree/v1_v2/v2/

Feedback is welcome at any time, especially in the next two weeks so that improvements can be made before publication.
