Jubilee is a sweet 10 year old girl who is needing a rescue. She is a Lab and Border Collie mix. We believe she was dumped and possibly mistreated as well. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Unfortunately, she is heartworm positive. She is the sweetest girl and does amazing with other dogs. She is housetrained. We are hoping this sweet girl won't have to stay in this environment for too long.
