COMMITMENT NEEDED BY: 2/3 (URGENT - NO EXTENSIONS)Clipper arrived as a stray and required nearly two weeks before staff could safely leash and remove him from his kennel due to fear-based behavior and kennel aggression. He participated in a dog day out and was close to adoption; however, the day prior to going home he bit two staff members during a high-stress situation. No punctures or broken skin occurred. Clipper becomes mouthy when overstimulated, particularly during kennel returns. He is generally dog-friendly but can be dominant, often initiating interactions with play bows that may escalate to posturing and humping. Clipper also displays a fear of men. He will require an experienced, confident handler—ideally someone familiar with Malinois or similar working breeds—who can provide structured training to build confidence and manage stress. He is treat-motivated until reaching his stress threshold and does not show interest in fetch.Clipper weighs approximately 40 lbs, is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative.Click here for pics/videos -- https://airtable.com/appGcf8sE5aGNhjUI/shrBA2eLXtpWhTTV6
