Bubble Gum 1-5
These five tiny kittens are approximately 3 weeks old and, because of their age, cannot stay in the shelter overnight. They urgently need a foster or rescue placement where they can receive the round-the-clock care and safe environment they need.
Kitten #1 (male, 0.66 lb) has conjunctivitis in both eyes. Kitten #2 (male, 0.78 lb) had both testicles unable to be palpated; recheck is recommended when he is older. Kitten #3 (female, 0.62 lb) has conjunctivitis in her left eye. Kitten #4 (female, 0.64 lb) had no significant medical concerns noted on exam. Kitten #5 (female, 0.76 lb) has flea dirt and a live flea was seen.
At only about 3 weeks old, these babies are far too young to be left without appropriate overnight care. They need someone willing to provide the frequent feeding, warmth, monitoring, and medical care that neonatal kittens require.
