Sometimes I help a family that needs to rehome. Especially SENIORS.
When Quinn the coonhound was posted it was something I could not ignore.
The Owner in South Carolina posted in several groups that he was going into longterm psych residental and his cry for help was really sent late to me. He was leaving in the next 24 hours.
A foster named Emma offered to take Quinn and expected to have her until Nov 1 at the latest. I offered to help her find a new home/rescue/adopter. Quinn lives in Okatie, SC near Hilton Head.
That was October 5 2025.
Quinn's background is full of neglect and cruelty so she was not a perfect foster dog.
Ideally I need a Rescue to post about her and adopt her out.
You can adopt her out with your normal process if anyone decides they are interested.
SHE HAS A FOSTER so you don't have to find one.
Quinn is a Redtick Coonhound, about 8 yrs, she weighs about 42lbs, HW negative, utd on all vaccines and just recently seen by her vet.
She plays like a much younger dog. Dog friendly! No cats. Lives with two other dogs.
DOES ANYONE ON THIS LIST JUST HAVE TIME TO POST HER AND HELP ME?
More about her on this link below.
My point today is I am desperate for ideas to help Quinn find her new home BEFORE SHE gets so attached to her Foster family that rehoming her will be difficult and possibly fail.
THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING AND PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS.
Again read her story on my page and for deeper info read the comment from Emma, her foster. She goes into great detail about how she was able to help Quinn adjust.
I have posted her probably 20 times with different pics, sharing to groups, asking others for their shares and help.
And thank you to all of you that know about her and have helped.
If you have questions
1) feel free to reply to the email and I will get right back to you
2) reach out to me on FB messenger
3) call me
843-999-3271/
text me first so I know you are calling - I get too many spam calls to answer every call I get! I live in Rocky Mount nc even tho the phone is SC
And finally if you want to talk to her foster, that can be arranged. She is a teacher and works one day part time as a server. Emma is awesome!
