Subject: FW: Lincoln-lice baby
Lincoln is an 8-week-old domestic longhaired kitten weighing just 2.2 pounds who is in need of rescue placement. He came to the shelter as a stray, and sadly no owners ever came forward for him.
Unfortunately, our medical staff has determined that Lincoln has feline lice. Although this condition is manageable and not contagious to humans, treatment can be prolonged and requires ongoing care. Due to current shelter population demands and limited capacity for long-term medical cases, we are requesting rescue assistance for placement and continued treatment.
Lincoln is just a baby and deserves the chance to recover in a safe and comfortable environment with a rescue committed to giving him the care he needs.
Lincoln is negative for feline leukemia and is FIV negative. He has received his FVRCP and has been dewormed.
Lincoln has no pull fee and must have a commitment by Monday 5-18-26. Please email all questions and commitments to Ross....@unioncountync.gov
