PETER PAN Needs Rescue
2.5 Month Old Kitten
Meet Peter Pan, a 2.5-month-old kitten in need of rescue. Peter Pan was brought to us when an unwanted litter was born to a unsocialized mother cat that had been brought into the home. He's been with us about a week and has shown very limited progress in response to our attempts at socialization. Peter Pan currently prefers to spend his time hiding in a feral den and occasionally shows interest in a churu treat.
During his intake exam, Peter Pan was found to have a significant heart murmur. He also had pale gums, likely due to the flea infestation we observed and treated on intake.
This tiny kitten has had a difficult start, but with the necessary medical care and a patient plan for socialization, we are hopeful Peter Pan can move onto a new phase in his short life.
