Alumni Meet - Invitation Letter

Dear Alumnus,

This is regarding 37^th biannual alumni meet_PES University. On behalf of Management and Faculty of PES University, it gives us immense pleasure to invite you to 71st Republic Day celebration and 37^th biannual alumni meet on 26th January 2020. It is a great occasion to visit your Alma Mater and spend quality time with your Professors and reunite with friends. Mark your calendar and spread the message to your batchmates, seniors and juniors too. Your gracious presence is highly solicited. I request you all to participate in large numbers.

Events of the day:

8.30 am to 9.30 am: 71st Republic Day celebration; Flag hoisting ceremony.

Venue: Open Air Theatre

9.30 am to 10.00 am: Breakfast.

10.00 am to 10.30: Registration at B Block

10.30 am to 12.30 pm: 37^th Bi annual alumni meet

Venue: B Block Ground floor seminar hall.

12.30 pm: Lunch
