Job Title: Production support

Location: Boston, MA – Hybrid (3days in office)

Duration: Long Term

 

Need 10+ Years of experience required

 

Job Details:

• Manage daily production support issues across Risk and Investment systems.
• Monitoring applications and system health via alert monitoring tools and providing quick response to alerts escalations and all outages.
• Investigate and Resolve Technical errors.
• Perform Root cause analysis for production issues and incidents to address and prevent them for repeating.
• Document processes and procedures related to production support tasks.
• Works with IT partners to automate and simplify software delivery processes.
• May be involved in the maintenance of business systems and interface applications.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technology preferably supporting Investment and Investment Technology solutions.
• Must have some kind of development skills to debug code.
• Develop code using Java Script.
• Knowledgeable in Cloud technologies, such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Experience, but not proficiency, in: Python, RDBMS/SQL, and general scripting technologies.
• Ability to understand highly complex systems and data flows.
• Understanding of markets, asset management/asset classes, and related accounting flows is preferred.
• Demonstrated analysis and communication skills, able to resolve technology and business problems.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups.
• Finance domain is a nice to have
