Project Exhibition Guidelines

Dear students.

Kindly make a note of the following and abide by the instructions given below for the Project Exhibition happening on campus Friday the 25th April:

Event: Project Exhibition

Date: 25th April 2014

Reporting time on campus:7:30 AM

Venue: Room 405 (4th floor)

Attire: Formal wear

At any point in time, at least 2 members in the team should be present at their project desk.

Every project is assigned a Serial No, and the teams are to set up their projects only at the place assigned to them. The list of project titles along with the Sl. No is put on the front door of the room. Keep your project set up ready by 8:15 am. Closing time would be 3:30pm ( in case no visitors are there for the project, else it might extend beyond the closing time)

Equipments to carry:

            1)      Extension box(because we provide only one plug point per batch)

            2)      Flex banner  

            3)   Tape to stick your flex banner

            4)   Small dairy to collect visitors feedback(later handover this to Project Coordinator)

             5)   Bring a bag of chocolates (for visitors)
