Fwd: Affidavits to be submitted

Dear Students,

 

You are hereby informed to submit an Affidavit for your Project work.

 

The contents of the affidavit are attached. Use the same content, print it  on a Rs. 2  stamp paper and get it signed by a notary.

 

Submit  the two affidavits on or before the day when you come to collect your hall ticket which will be announced shortly. Without the affidavits hall tickets will not be issued. This is on a serious note.

Every student in the group is required to submit individual copy of the two affidavits.
