Before you start singing or lip syncing, pick one of the 12 original video themes. Each theme offers 4 animated backgrounds to embed your video and 4 filters. While singing, you can change filters and effects with just one touch on your smartphone screen, and as many times as you want!
The song begins after the Strings were destroyed and the Trolls discover that even without them they still have music inside themselves. Queen Poppy starts the song, asking everyone to sing together regardless. As she sings, Branch joins in, while Queen Barb turns to her father King Thrash who tells Barb to just let everyone be who they want to be including herself. Soon, the Trolls join into the song one by one. As the Trolls color up, the leaders walk by Barb, glancing at her for not joining in. They let out one burst between them and the crowd of Trolls for all walks of life regain their colors. As each Tribe sings until the last chorus, Poppy turns to Barb, who has finally caved in. Poppy tosses Barb's guitar and Barb sings, gaining long rainbow hair; as the song nears the end, Poppy herself gains a rainbow appearance as well. The song ends with Poppy, Branch and the other Troll leaders standing together united in harmony at last.
The song changes style with each singer's Tribe, and is divided into 6 sections. It begins with Pop, becomes Funk, then Techno, then Country, subcultures, Classical and ends with Rock. The bits between the main course blend together styles, and overlaps in musical instruments occur throughout the song. For example, when the Classical part begins, it harmonizes with Riff's Rock drumbeat.
Just Sing is a karaoke video game developed by iNiS and published by Ubisoft, which was released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 6, 2016 as a spin-off title to the Just Dance series. After only 18 months Ubisoft announced they will pull the plug on the online features of Just Sing in June 2018 leaving those that purchased the game with just the core base game to play. I'm guessing that NOBODY plays this game with any regularity, but just wanted to see if anyone else has the same experience. The sad thing is that without being able to log into the server, you can't use the camera on your cellphone, which is a huge selling point of the game itself!!

I'm pretty self conscious and I try to force my singing. How do I just relax and sing? I always am using my throat and clenching my chest. Because I'm trying so hard. Is this a self acceptance thing that just comes with time, or is there a mantra or meditation that can help me? Is this a r/singing thing or is this an r/selfconfidence thing? Lol

The phone app was great for recording video and lip syncing along to the songs, however to actually sing through the phone was a complete miss. In order for the phone mic to pick up my singing loud enough to win any points in the game I had to hold the end of my phone right up to my mouth, resulting in my ceiling being the star of the video.

The correct way to breathe is to relax, take in the air deeply, almost like filling up your stomach and then use this air as a support for your voice while singing. A couple of hours of practice of this process of filling up your lower lungs while breathing will make it easy and intuitive.
A beginner is usually scared and he/she unconsciously keeps the microphone a foot or two away from the mouth which makes the voice sound bleak. A more experienced singer keeps the mic close to their mouth, in order to get a nice tone. A pro who has mastered mic technique, however, keeps the mic close to their mouth until they sing louder (often higher) notes. At that point they pull the mic away by a few inches, to compensate for the sudden increase in volume, then bring it back to their mouth when the louder singing is over. The Alliston Potato Festival is overwhelmed with the success of the 2nd annual Just Sing competition in 2023. The contest was open for all youth ages 4-13 in South Simcoe who love to sing, want to meet new friends and gain some experience performing on stage.
The kids showed up Saturday morning excited to perform and put on an amazing show for the Potato Festival audience. They had the crowd dancing, cheering and enjoying the great atmosphere. After a very hard decision, the judges announced that Olivia Dempsey was the overall contest winner with Chelsea Gomes winning the 9-13 age category, Emily Alcon winning the 4-8 age category and Cara McMillen winning the most improved singer award.
I would ask any band that would think of "excluding" me on the sole basis that I don't sing harmony well, to let me setup my rig and lay the bottom end first. I ain't braggin' but from what I've seen and heard I'm better than many if not most bass players out there in rock bands today: I'm confident I can make a positive difference in the sound of any band I play with.
