Can't/Unable to "Sync Schemas" create

i just installed pervasync and i am trying to test the sync ability. I created a table in my server database and logged in to the pervasync web console but i am unable to create "Sync Schemas". i keep getting error ==> "Server DB Schema - You must make a selection." and the dropdown to select "Server DB Schema" is empty.
