Dear sir/madam,

I wonder whether you applied any of the processing steps discussed on the paper in the UMI expression matrix available in GEO.

To put the question more simply: The GEO UMI matrix contains which pre-processing steps?

Hi Eduardo,

The GEO UMI matrix contains no additional preprocessing beyond what is intrinsically part of the 10X cellranger pipeline (i.e. UMI collapsing and filtering for the most abundance cell barcodes)
