Hello,

I know its been quite few years after the publication but I wanted to give this a try.

First of all thank you for keeping the GEO accession very simple and easy to digest. It is quite a nightmare to deal with mystical file formats.

I would like to get WT K562 and PBMDC cells BAM file.

I see that this is available for all perturbed samples but couldnt find it for the remaining. We will be doing some velocity work so need to process everything same.
