Market matrix files for the sgRNAs

Hi authors, 

Thank you for the nice paper! I was wondering if you have generated the market matrix files with the sgRNA information and their UMI counts. I am looking forward to having these to test a mixture model being developed in my lab that uses a probabilistic method to assign guides to cells. 

I understand with the raw data available in GEO, we can recreate the .mtx files that we need, but it would be a longer and compute intensive route to recreate the entire study. So, it would be helpful if you have those files already processed.
