Hello,
Firstly Thank you for the very nice paper!
I was just wondering about the cloning of the Guide Barcodes into the pPS vector as described in the paper, basically I can't seem to find the EcoR1 restriction sites in the primers you used for the GBC's? if you could clear up my confusion it'd be greatly appreciated!
