The setting in the options is switched of since a long time. Thats what i have checked first to be honest and while playing truckersmp the option isnt even available to be changed. It is unchecked anyways.
So some time ago when i was still using a cracked version of ets 2 (like in 2017) i was adding money and exp and other things to my account. And now im wondering if i will use sii decryptor to edit save to give my self money will i get banned on truckersmp? I know that there are still topics about this but i want to someone confirm that im 100% save for save editing and i will dont get banned.
To just try out TruckersMP (ETS2) on Linux with nothing already downloaded you can simply run truckersmp-cli which will download everything needed to get you going with Proton and a native Steam installation.
When the latest game version is not compatible with TruckersMP yet, the user can downgrade the games with truckersmp-cli downgrade [game name] which installs the latest version that is supported by TruckersMP by determining the Steam game branch name by using TruckersMP Web API.
