Yes, here they are and because I trust you, they're available for pure
CEX, no cash required! :)

And I won't be piling up the CEX because I'll be hiring a few of you
very soon to help me with my land subdivision. Maybe even include some
Legacy Currency to pay for your fuel / trainfare to get to Riverton.

Bore Pump
3 Horsepower, 3 Phase Electric. See it working and pumping water in
place (until Monday 3May).
180 CEX

Rolltop Desk

Woodgrain finish but not an antique. Shelf hutches concealed under
closed rolltop. Four drawers down right hand side.
80 CEX

Hi Trev,

What day is your busy bee likely to be?

I should be able to help but I have something on on Monday the 10th.
I'm going to actors now after it was recommended to me by Adrian.

It's funny you should mention bores because I think the whole idea of
a bore is the wrong approach. We actually should be building ground
water swales for water harvesting.

See this youtube video for more information:

I also have a mulcher that I am going to offer soon. I will upload a
photo and put a listing in tomorrow.

best regards,

Chris

Hi Chris, PCEX colleagues,
I've resigned from my Gov't job so the timing for labour input will be
flexible.

I'm struggling to keep the house services running while earthworks,
plumbing, electrical, geotechnical, etc. etc. works go on all around
as part of the subdivision process. So catering for even a small "busy
bee" group is probably not the way to go just for now -- I'm thinking
more like 2 or 3 who bring their own cut lunch (or microwave reheat)
and get paid CEX plus agreed expenses paid in Legacy Currency.

Part of the labour will be to strip all of the trees and feed the
foliage through an industrial-duty shredder / mulcher. If yours is not
very heavy duty, it might be better if I hire one from, say, Coates
Hire for the day when labour will be available.

At the same time, someone who's computer literate but not physically
suitable for heavy manual work can do a site survey then enter a
series of offers of all of the surplus-but-useful stuff that's been
collecting here for 30 years!

We'll set it for token CEX amounts for a few days, enter whatever's
left into freecycle with preference still to PCEX people, then throw
the rest into a trailer or skip for disposal.

I envisage a twin pronged strategy:-
-- labour to clear the block ready for the bobcat to do soil levelling.
-- Data capture and entry to de-clutter my environment.

If it goes to plan, PCEX will get an influx of goods to jump start a
circulation among members and I won't be so deeply in negative CEX
that it would take me years to clear. What CEX that I _DO_ need to
clear should also jump start a circulation of services.

Anyone like to comment on this plan?

Sounds good to me. I was just thinking about my mulcher... The one I
was going to give away I remember now that I don't think it is safe so
it will be best to just dipose of it.

I do have another mulcher that I could bring around but it is a
relatively small and electric one.

I could certainly help with the data entry and possibly labor as well
for your project.

best regards,

Chris
