[Release] Perspectives Client 4.6.2

I am happy to announce that Perspectives Client 4.6.2 has been released!

This release fixes several bugs to comply with the AMO review policy,
so we can continue to deploy Perspectives updates through
addons.mozilla.org.

The update has been submitted to the Mozilla Addons site. You can also

Note that this release does not fix all of the bugs; the last
remaining issue (storage location for Perspectives preferences) will
be fixed in one final update. After that Perspectives will once again
update normally through the browser.
