The Dragons' theme was introduced in the pilot episodes, and serves as the theme for the ninjas' Dragons, namely the Ultra Dragon. It has been reprised numerous times through the series, mostly in seasons one and two. The theme is a more majestic and triumphant motif, and is often played with horns. The climaxes of tracks such as "Dragon Ride" and "Return of the Dragons" exemplify the dragons' theme.
The Dragons' theme was reprised in Season 9, which focused heavily on the Dragons and their origins. The theme sounds slightly different from the original version, and was frequently reprised in the presence of the Dragons all throughout the season.
The Oni theme was introduced in season eight. It is typically played with strings, and has a mysterious and rather sinister vibe. It is first heard in "The Mask of Deception," when Zane explains who the Oni are. The theme is then heard in "Game of Masks" when Lloyd and Harumi examine the murals in the Oni Temple, which depict the origins of the Oni. The theme is reprised in "True Potential" when Harumi tells Lord Garmadon that he has the blood of both dragon and Oni in his body. No tracks containing the theme have been released up to this point.
Artefact is an ABSOLUTELY STELLAR spin on the Lost and Found system. Seriously, what a gem! The variety of items that one could play as really open the prompts up to a whole spectrum of wild stories. Every moment of the game on the first play though has you tempted to peek forward at the later prompts just to see what could possibly happen to your beloved item next, how will the world effect us, and more importantly, how could the world get effected by us? I had an absolute blast playing as a Deck, and I plan on coming back for each of the rest of the Artefact types, though whether they'll be on stream I haven't quite decided. Either way, this is a great way to not only tell a fun and engaging story, but also to use that creative work elsewhere! I know I'm tempted to run a few of these to give my Monster of the Week campaigns a hair more backstory, and of course the obvious, get some lore behind all the loot in those dungeons full of dragons. Oh man, and that doesn't even touch on how fun it is to view the item through the lens of each of the new Keepers, there's some fantastic prompts to build more into the world around the item while we push the story forward. Genuinely 100% worth buying, I wholeheartedly suggest it. Anyway, if all that didn't sell you, come check out my actual play, and hopefully you'll go for this incredible story generator.
Because I like this game so much, I'm working on a hack of it that adds an extra artefact, a cyber-pet or robot pet companion similar to Neopets. It'll include a new artefact, some new keepers, and some origins. I'd love to hear any thoughts you have about it! Thanks!
All mods here are NOT obligatory for installation - but it's recommended to go through them still, as it will greatly improve hundreds of more objects not touched before, or improve better then previous "big" mods with often absolutely exceptional quality. The section below is the biggest one in meaning of mods quantity - so don't be afraid when you'll open it. This is a process of plesantly smashing each ugly texture left, as much as possible. Creatures, dragons, armors and weapons, food, ingots, plants and hundreds of other objects till the tiniest details, like ruined books or gold pouches. Many mods will ask you to overwrite - as your game has huge amount of objects retextured already. Just approve overwriting and keep going. It often also may come up to personal taste - so look on each mod page, choose what you like and what not. Enjoy.
