What is the recommended mechanism whereby databases synchronized with
Google Person Finder can detect deleted Notes? We try to keep our
database synchronized with Google Person Finder by repeatedly invoking
the Person and Note feeds and using min_entry and skip to get the
latest records each time. While expiry_date can let us know about
deleted Persons, what mechanism exists to let us know about deleted
Notes?

Hello,

I can't see your name or address, but you do raise a good question.  Notes can be individually marked as spam, though they cannot be individually deleted.  Right now there is no mechanism to efficiently detect that a note has been marked as spam.

I've noted an item to address this problem: http://code.google.com/p/googlepersonfinder/issues/detail?id=58
