We've responded to the individual requests for API keys now (including those posted here previously). There are several developers working on apps for the Sichuan Earthquake and we have encouraged them all to join in the discussion here. Please post a description of the app you are working on and what you are doing with the missing persons data so that other developers can coordinate with you. Thanks!
