No automated alert for Ecuador Earthquake instance

We did not receive an automated alert that you were setting up an Ecuador Earthquake instance. (We got an alert previously for Kyushu.) Is there a problem with your automated alerts? Thanks.

How are you observing the alerts?

Our feed, documented here:

https://github.com/google/personfinder/wiki/RepositoryFeed

does contain both Kyushu and Ecuador earthquakes.

Note that they are activated in a different way. "japan" repository was already there, and we changed its gpf:test_mode from false to true. For Ecuador Earthquake, we created a completely new repository.
