Personal Kanban and Collaboration

This week we are interested in hearing what your experiences have been with your Personal Kanban and collaboration.

The Personal Kanban board often prods us to collaborate.  Either team members at work or family at home.  We see our work and that of others and know where and when to help.  Have you seen your Personal Kanban open up collaboration?
