Hello all,

Over the last few weeks, Tonianne and I have been kind of quiet in the blog and on line because we're wrapping up the first Personal Kanban book. But, I've also had the good fortune to be talking about Personal Kanban on four podcasts, at Social Media Breakfast Seattle, at Stanford's Persuasive Technology Lab and at the Keller School of Management.  It's been an exciting time to watch Personal Kanban grow.

Now that the frenzy of writing is calming a bit, I would like to actually start the Personal Kanban Con Calls and Webinars we've talked about here on the list.

I will start off with the suggestion that we do con calls on Wednesdays at 13:00 PST. This gets the US East Coast in the morning, the west coast after lunch and europe before bedtime.

Would that time work for you?  What would you like us to talk about?

If I get good feedback, I'll start the first con call next week.

By the way, we're also planning a webinar series that will have a regular monthly Intro to Personal Kanban webinar and then weekly webinars on specific topics.

Thanks!

Jim

I like the idea of periodic personal kanban circles. I'd prefer every
two-weeks over weekly.

Regarding suggested time 13:00 Pacific Time (now PDT):
That is after lunch west coast US, late afternoon east coast US (NOT
the morning), night time in Europe, deep night through crack-of-dawn
in Asia-Pacific. Perhaps a morning time on US west coast is more
inclusive? Just a suggestion.

P.S. I'm trying to work up a 5-burner stove model for WIP.

Right now my schedule is very flexable so the time is not an issue for me.

Whatever you chose to talk about is fine with me I'm always up to learning about anything to do with Personal Kanban.

Thank you for taking the time to do these calls/webinars. I look forward attending.

Awesome guys,

This works great.

I want to see the 5 burner stove idea.

Since I have Seattle Lean Coffee on wed mornings, we may need to pick another morning.

The problem is Tuesday and Thursdays are the most forgotten days and Friday no one wants to do anything.

But ... maybe Tuesday at 10:00 PST.

And, Bill, I still can't wrap my head around being out of the eastern time zone.
