Hey everyone,

The last several Personal Kanban presentations I've given have gone
extremely well.

Our weekly Lean Coffees in Seattle have also been well attended and
created amazing discussions.

There's now enough people here on the list, would we like to have a
regular call to talk about Personal Kanban?

I've thought about calls, webinars, etc. The call is the easiest to
set up and operate.

One topic per call.

Who here on the PK list would be interested in attending?

I'd appreciate a periodic call (monthly; *not* weekly). Especially now
that my Kanban is basically collecting dust on the floor. I did get a
good deal out of setting it up and keeping it updated, but .... So,
I'm thinking that in the personal arena, as distinguished from a
production situation, there's more to talk about in terms of useful
practices.

Ahh, so we could have a Personal Kanban support group for the fallen! :-)

Anyone else?

I'm thinking that if we can get about eight people initially, that will make for a good conversation and we can just let it grow.

My last two calls with YiTan had about 40 people attending.

Well, maybe I've not really fallen. There's something worth
investigating here. Of course I'm assuming that it's *not* just me.

And I agree that 8 is a good number. The Yi-tan calls do not permit
the kind of conversation I think you are suggesting.

Yes, I am interested, monthly, weekly, daily, whatever works for everyone.

okay, daily it is.

Or perhaps we all coordinate our pomodoros and talk at the 5 minute breaks all day long... :-)

I will mull over a schedule this weekend and see what makes sense.

Thanks everyone!

Daily? How about hourly? Why stop there? Let's just mind meld and stay
in touch continuously. <joke, joke/>

You're not serious about daily are you? *He buries head in hands and
hopes that it's 5PM soon.*
