Doesn't trigger for iframes or the chrome web store

1) jsFiddle iframes -- I want to change the line-height in the
jsFiddle edit panes. They're iframes. If I add a body class using a
<script> in the Add HTML textarea, only the outer document's body gets
that class. Not the iframes. Rule: ^http://jsfiddle.net/

2) I want to change some line-heights and widths in the Chrome Web
Store, but the rule isn't triggered: ^https://chrome.google.com/

The iframe thing, I consider a bug. The Chrome web store thing might
be a Google/Chrome paranoia thing that can't be helped.
