I hope you don't mind, we are attempting to enhance the visibility and ranking of our new HearSource website which of course deals with hearing loss and hearing aids.  We feel that these group posts with links to the website will have a positive effect.  You are sure welcome to participate in the group, but probably more likely you will just delete these.  Which ever you prefer is O.K. with me.  I hope I am not too much of a bother.
