Hi all,
here's a new paper that might be of interest. In the paper we try to
combine bias and accuracy perspectives on personality judgments and
argue that a phenomenon that is typically conceptualized as a bias
(hindsight or knew-it-all-along effect) is (perhaps ironically)
associated with knowledge updating thereby potentially increasing the
accuracy of personality judgments.
Best,
Mitja
