cannot find the ontology at specific link

Hi All,

While developing an ontology for sensor nodes I need dim ontology for Angle and Temperature measurements. In one of the existing ontologies, I found the link to dim ontology as 

       http://purl.oclc.org/NET/ssnx/qu/dim#Angle

But, on linking to given link, it shows as "  HTTP 404 Not Found". Can someone help me to get the dim ontology?
