Support for OCLC's PURL service down

Dear all,

apologies for directing this to the list, but maybe some here could forward it to the correct addressee. The feedback form (which would be the regular channel for this kind of remark) isn't working at the moment, and I have not found any alternative contact information.

Currently, the feedback form (http://www.oclc.org/research/forms/feedback-form.html?urlm=163204) only generates the following error:

I tried several times, both being logged in or logged out. Always the same error.
