persistence.js needs a new owner

Hey all,

I wrote the persistence.js library a few years ago because I needed it. I've been very happy with its adoption since. However, I have not used nor done any work on persistence.js for more than two years now (other than merging pull requests -- thanks everybody!). I think it would be better if I move over the repo to somebody who's actively using/developing it.

Anybody willing?
