New home for The FarsiTex Project

FYI,

The FarsiTeX Project has a new home at <http://persian-computing.org/farsitex/>, retiring its old address.

It should be noted that this project is archived and there's no active development.

The GitHub repository is at <https://github.com/persian-computing/farsitex>, which currently only hosts the website.

Mailing list archives and some other files are still hosted on SourceForget.net:

- https://sourceforge.net/projects/farsitex/files/

If anyone like to give a hand, Pull Requests are welcome for moving the files over from SF to GH.
