RQL specs

Hi,

I had some trouble parsing RQL for SQL. For my purposes I have updated
perstore/store/sql for OR clauses, but I suspect there are more
hiatus. I'll put something together when I worked it out.

As an aside, I finally found the client side implementation (I'm
starting to learn):

Could this be added to the persvr 2.0 documentation? I think it would
make interchange of server/client packages clearer.
