Hi there,
Apologies a little off topic but I was pondering what the
future of jsonpath in terms of a recognized standard might be. Is it
possible that it could become a standard for json construction and
navigation as current solutions seem a little fragmented across js
libs.
Thanks
Robin

Robin,
JSONPath was developed by Stefen Goesner, and AFAICT he is not doing
further work on it. JSONQuery is the extension to JSONPath used by
Persevere. I did create a google group [1] for further discussion of
interoperable JSON querying, but there has not been a whole lot of
activity there so far. In terms of prioritizing of standardization, my
primary focus is first getting JSON Schema standardized.
