Just a few things to tell you...
1. Craftland ( http://www.craftlandshow.com ) in Providence opens
officially on Friday (December 9), but I'm going to be there selling
books on Thursday night, Dec 8, as part of the Celebrate Downcity event
(they're lighting the tree, caroling, etc.)
2. On December 11 I'll be at the Boston Bazaar Bizarre (
http://www.bazaarbizarre.org ) at the Cycolrama (Boston Center for the
Arts). There's going to be Theremin Holiday songs and all kinds of
other stuff and things. I'm going to have tons of books (I spent most
of November making 150+!), including new editions of the tea party &
saltwaterfish, plus 3 prints that my dad made beautiful frames for.
3. It took longer than I expected to make all of the hothouse orders I
received, but now they are all packed & labeled & ready to ship, so you
should be getting them soon, very very soon (if you ordered one, I
mean). Plus other books that have been ordered. Soon at a mailbox near
you.
4. From February 9 - March 9, 2006 I will be having a solo exhibit of
books & photographs at Calico ( http://shopcalico.com ) in New Bedford,
entitled gardenias, wild orchards, white georgian violets, silver paper
and fake-pearl-headed pins, curated by Elissa Paquette.
5. Persephassa got a slight make-over, & it looks very nice, I do
think.
