Unable To Download Logitech Options Plus

I too began experiencing this issue on my system running Windows 8.1 after experiencing a BSOD. Reinstalling Logitech Options (v8.54.161 - Last for Win7/8.1) didn't make any difference, nor did deleting my logitech options configuration files.
I use the 2S all the time anyhow as it is more nimble but occasionally, like if I forget to recharge the 2S, I use the MX Master. Without having any logitech software installed the MX Master is extremely clunky to move around, so it needs the options software.
But options has had this bug forever where it stops working sometimes coming out of sleep. Then you have to go in and kill most of the running logitech tasks.. you can't just start the program again until you kill those first.
I have an mx keys and I found an alternative that is working fine. In the logi option app I changed the f3/mission control key, by keystroke assiignment and assign the ctl + up.Hope to help users of logitech mx keys and the like
