Covered outdoor space

Hello all

I am scratching my head for ideas and just thought I'd put a call out in case anyone in the permaculture group can help or has any ideas!

I am involved in the home educators community in CHB and I am on the hunt for a covered outdoor space for a one off activity in June (on a Thursday, if that makes any difference!). Ideally this would be in or near Waipawa. 

We need somewhere outdoors but under cover in case the weather is not great - a carport or bay shed would be ideal. We will have a brazier going - so fire - and making copper bowls and other amazing items - see attached for an idea of what we have planned!

Our usual venue options when we do things are not quite designed for fire so I have to find an alternative! 

Numbers should be around 14 making things plus adults helping. So not a massively large group but a fairly decent space still needed. 

Can you help, or do you know where I might be able to ask?
