Kia ora Permaculture Whānau,

I look forward to seeing you on Sunday. 

Our first Permaculture Hawkes Bay Group meet-up for the year. Will be this Sunday - 1st February 1pm - 3pm.

We’ll be gathering at Mangarara Eco Lodge for a relaxed fermentation workshop, discussion, and shared afternoon tea.

Please bring along your favourite fermentation recipes or ferments to share, if you have them.

Louise and Berit will be sharing some of their fermenting skills and recipes, and I’ll also be bringing along a fermented buckwheat pancake recipe. 

It would be great to talk over other ideas for gathering that you have. Bring any ideas you would like to discuss with the group. 

Please bring something for a shared afternoon tea and get in touch if you need a lift.

Ive got my first villi culture to eat today,sourdough tomorrow.
